All creatures that you can see within 30 meters of you must make a Resolve defend roll contested by your Magic skill. On a failure, the creature is Paralyzed (does not require the Mental Stress Pool to be at 0).

At the end of each of its turns, the target can make another Resolve skill check with a bonus equal to the number of turns it has remained paralyzed. On a success, the spell ends on that target.
