You reach into the magical field surrounding a creature and tear it clean. Not dispelling individual spells so much as stripping the surface of the target's arcane state entirely—all the borrowed power, all the layered effects, all at once.

Choose a creature you can see within 30 meters. Make a Magic skill check contested by the target's Focus skill.

• On a success, all active spell effects currently enhancing the target end immediately. This includes buffs, ongoing concentration effects cast by the target, and any magical conditions with a duration (such as Charmed or Frightened) that were inflicted by a spell.
• Effects that are part of a creature's racial or class features are not affected.
